Law Enforcement group/agency-
Assess current firearms training programs from these aspects:
Training Design (we will take you through the design process to see if you programs meet your needs)
Training Execution (here we will observe how the group/agency actually conducts its training, to find out whether or not the quality of training standards are met)
Training Skills measurement (Qualification programs, and standards will all be observed and assessed to ensure the group/agency is truly testing the skills that relate to their mission requirenments)
Legal requirements (most agency's are required to meet certain local, state, or federal legal requirenments, and if they are not they may be held liable ($$$$ loss in court cases) for "failure to train" in certain use of force lawsuits.
Range Construction/Requirenments (if needed, we can provide indepth information about range project design and management)
Specialized Military or Other group
Shooting-Performance will conduct a needs analysis with the group and provide whatever services are needed. Some examples of this are:
Training Design, Execution, and Skills Measurement development (from A to Z, usually sought out by a new group with specialized requirenments)
Train the trainer (we will train the trainers, or executive staff in the process of the training design cycle, to the implementation of the program)

Shooting-Performance has the experience to consult on weapons and tactics principles and techniques for those producing shows for T.V. or the Big Screen (film productions). We can consult/train actors, actresses, and production crews in the following areas:
Weapons Handling (handgun, rifle, shotgun)
Weapons Selection (for reality based productions, we can ensure the script includes the weapon systems actually used in real world operations)
Tactics- We can train and consult on tactics that are used in real operations by real groups including:
Law Enforcement Operations(any agency)
Military Operations (Standard, and specialized tactics used by different groups)
