While most Shooting-Performance courses are taught exclusively by  me (Mike Seeklander), I have enlisted the help of world class instructors/shooters Erik Lund and Steve Aryan in some courses due to their  expertise in the subjects they specialize in .  

Erik Lund, Senior Instructor

Erik Lund joined the United States Shooting Academy in 2006 as a member of the USSA Shooting Team.  Lund is ranked as a Grandmaster by the United States Practical Shooting Association and specializes in three-gun (Pistol, Shotgun, and Rifle) style competitions.  He has several State, Regional, and National level, three-gun titles to his credit.  Lund developed several beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses for pistol and three-gun competitions, many of which have received critical accolades from several top, nationally ranked competitors.  One of Lund's training courses was featured on the syndicated television show, Sighting In.  Lund is the author of several magazine articles relating to competition equipment, training, and performance.  Recently, Lund was featured in an episode of the television show Shooting Gallery with Michael Bane, demonstrating some training segments of the Tactical Rifle 230 program.  The Shooting Gallery website also features several additional five minute training segments with him.

Lund has over 19 years Law Enforcement experience with over 17 years as a Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Use of Force Instructor, Baton Instructor, and Less Lethal Weapons Instructor.  Lund started his Law Enforcement career as a Virginia State Trooper.  He was assigned to Fairfax County, Virginia, for 8 ½ years before accepting a position as a Federal Agent with the Office of the Inspector General.  Lund is a graduate of the Virginia State Police Training Academy (Nationally Accredited) and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC.)
