Welcome to the Shooting-Performance^TM Family

My name is Mike Seeklander, I am currently the Chief Operating Officer of the United States Shooting Academy in Tulsa Oklahoma   (www.usshootingacademy.com).   Concurrent with my role with (USSA) I am also the founder of Shooting-Performance LLC.  

My purpose:     To lead you down the path of true analytical thought processes in relation to firearms training for pure performance.

How to use this site:

2. Use the questions- Ask Me section to ask questions relating to training or shooting, if I don't have the answer, I'll get it!  
3. Use the links to the left under the basics to learn all about the training Design and Execution cycles, allowing you to design and execute your training properly which will give you the ability to perform on demand.
4. Check out the Train 4 Combat, Train 2 Compete , and Train 2 Defend sections to learn more about   training for combative (Military and Law Enforcement), competitive, and self defense purposes. The next link on the menu will show you some sample Training Programs .
